Combining STRETCH & Manual Therapy

MyoFascial STRETCH Therapy

MyoFascial STRETCH Therapy is a form of assisted, table based STRETCHING performed by a certified STRETCH Therapist. Working closely with your body, our STRETCH Therapists ease you into a gradual series of gentle, but deep STRETCHES incorporating neurologic techniques and traction. MANUAL Therapy is used in order to release restricted areas within muscles. This is a very important part of your STRETCH and is essential to achieving the full benefit of Fascial STRETCH Therapy. During your STRETCH, we will focus on decreasing restrictions in the Muscle, Fascia and Joint Capsule leading to improved FLEXIBILITY; we then address your MOBILITY in order to improve Neuromuscular Control. Our STRETCH Therapy sessions are performed in a private room, on a comfortable table equipped with straps that stabilize the parts of the body not being STRETCHED.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massages at STRETCH Kinetics combine Neuromuscular and Deep tissue techniques. Neuromuscular Therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims at treating underlying causes of chronic pain. Deep Tissue Therapy gives specific attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. These medically oriented forms of massage address trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, posture, & myofascial problems helping to decrease stress and pain

STRETCH & Massage Combo

Massage Therapy and STRETCH Therapy are the best ways to decrease stress, pain and improve joint, muscle and fascial flexibility. These therapies have a synergistic relationship. A massage can help relax your muscles and your mind, allowing your STRETCH session to be more effective. For that reason SK offers combo sessions so that these therapies can be scheduled together.

Women’s Health Physical Therapy

Women’s health physical therapy specializes in treating health issues specific to women, including pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related pain & postpartum recovery. These problems happen frequently and are often easily treatable. Women do not have to live with a woman’s pain.
