Supine Hamstring STRETCH

When STRETCHING your hamstring muscles it’s important to ensure that the back is controlled and does not take on most of the STRETCH. The best way to do this is by STRETCHING while lying on your back. In this position the floor and gravity are stabilizing the back so that you can focus on your hamstring muscles. This makes this STRETCH the best for not only focussing on the hamstring muscles but, by using a STRETCH strap, including the posterior fascial line.
