DR. ERIN POLICELLI PT, DPT, FST

FOUNDER

Dr. Policelli is the founder & owner of STRETCH Kinetics Studios in Atlanta. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from LA College in 1998, she worked as an RN in the Pediatric Department at Woman's & Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA & in the NICU at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.

After graduating from Duke University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Erin began applying STRETCHING techniques into her practice as Women’s Health Physical Therapist. She received her first certification in Fascial STRETCH Therapy from the Stretch to Win Institute in 2004. She has over 20 years experience as a Physical Therapist & 20 years experience as a STRETCH Therapist making her one of the most elite STRETCH Therapist in the country. She has obtained numerous certifications including Level 2 FST, Level 1 TPI Certified Golf Professional & Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). She has worked with high level executives as well as high level athletes, including former NBA player Charles Barkley, former Atlanta Falcons player Keith Brooking & former Atlanta Falcons & New Orleans Saint's player Curtis Lofton.

Erin has extensive experience in Woman's Health Physical Therapy, working first at the Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA & then at the Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston, TX.   She has helped countless woman overcome pain & dysfunction in areas of pre & postnatal therapy, SI dysfunction, pelvic pain, & pediatric & adult incontinence.   She also has experience treating diagnoses in the general orthopedic population. 

After moving to Atlanta in 2007, Erin began focusing on helping people avoid the need for medical intervention by offering wellness services that include Education, STRETCH, Manual & Mobility Therapy (including core training & myofascial release).  Her current clients include professionals who have been seeing her weekly for over 16 years; solidifying her as one of the most experienced STRETCH Therapist in North America.

Amanda Sternki LMT, NCBTMB

STRETCH & MASSAGE THERAPIST

Amanda was born in Minnesota and moved to Atlanta in 1993. She attended Clayton State University and Atlanta Tech with a focus on becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant. After realizing that she loved working with her hands and the difference massage makes in peoples lives she shifted her focus to the wellness arena. Amanda is a certified and licensed Massage Therapist. Her massages are individualized and highly therapeutic. This ability to diversify each massage along with the addition of STRETCH Therapy allows her to reduce the stress on her patient’s muscles & joints as well as decrease their overall pain.

Amanda is committed to continually improving her therapeutic skills. She is currently working on getting certified in the Graston technique and get her certification with the Stretch to Win Institute.
